Participation in WSA Events
In consideration of my participation in a WSA event, I do hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions for Participation in WSA Events:
- I understand that seating for all WSA events is limited and is available on a first come - first served basis. A request for tickets does not guarantee availibility of tickets.
- WSA will make a reasonable effort to contact me at the daytime phone number or email address which I provided with my request for tickets, to confirm my reservation and notify me of any prepayment deadlines.
- If I fail to pay for my tickets by the required deadline, WSA may release my reservation.
- In consideration of my participation, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have or which may hereafter occur to me, against the lodge officers and all members of WSA Fraternal Life or their respective officers, agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns, whether individual or corporate, for any and all damages which may be sustained and suffered by me in connection with my association with or participation in any WSA Fraternal Life sponsored activity, or which may arise out of my traveling to, participating in and returning from any such activity. I further agree to waive all claims against any persons connected with any injuries I may sustain and likewise assume full responsibility for all my actions in connection with any said activities.
- In consideration of my participation, I do hereby give WSA Fraternal Life, and parties designated by WSA Fraternal Life, including clients, licensees, purchasers, agencies, and periodicals, the irrevocable right to use my photograph for reproduction in any medium for purposes of advertising, trade, display, exhibition or editorial use. I/we have read this release and fully understand its contents.
- I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve the finished product or copy that may be used in connection with an image that the Photographer has taken of me or the use to which it may be applied.
- I further release WSA Fraternal Life from any claims for remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforseen, associated with the proper commercial or artistic use of these images unless it can be shown that said reproduction was maliciously caused, produced and published for the sole purpose of subjecting the me to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn and indignity.
